A guy is given a remarkable clock. He learns that the clock was built by someone who is said to work on a time machine, and whom the totalitarian government has some interest in. The protagonist decides to pay the maker of the clock a visit. Enter a cursed forest and a military hospital where strange things are said to happen. |

While the story leaves some things to be desired, the storytelling is okay, and also the somewhat open ending didn't spoil things for me. |
