Robinson sets up several loosely connected storylines that meander along, sometimes interesting, sometimes not. The only action happens at the end of the book and is not really breathtaking. The lacking focus is really a big problem in the book. The following books are slightly better in this regard. Still, do not expect any resolve or much faster pacing. |
